Subscriber Privacy Rights

In accordance with Federal Privacy Laws, right to privacy as a Wire Tele-View subscriber is strictly protected. Personally-identifiable information required and recorded at Wire Tele-View Corp is used only to establish and maintain normal business with the subscriber and to render services to that subscriber. Additionally, at no time is this recorded personally-identifiable information disclosed to any concern other than the subscriber themselves, or without the subscriber's knowledge or permission.

We will maintain this information as long as necessary for business purposes. This period of time lasts while the subscriber is active with Wire Tele-View and remains recorded for future reference for tax and accounting requirements for a period of at least seven years.

The subscriber has the right to inspect our records containing information about his or her account. If the subscriber wishes to inspect their records at our local office, a written request must be received 7 (seven) days in advance at 603 E. Market Street, Pottsville, PA 17901. An appointment will be arranged promptly.
