To use our web mail feature |

You will need the username, and password you
provided us when you set your account up. |

Click on our "Home" page link. |

get a log on screen. |
|
4. |
Enter your username, and password in the
appropriate spaces provided. |
|
5. |
Click the "Login" button and you will be log in to our web
mail server. |

To set up your email account,
you will need the following information. |

The user name you gave us, when you set up your account. |
| 2. |
The password you gave us, when you set up your account. |
| 3. |
Type of mail server used. |
| 4. |
The name of the incoming mail server. |
| 5. |
The name of the outgoing mail server. |
| 6. |
Any special settings needed to finalize your account. |

Our server requires
authentication to send mail outside of wtvaccess.com's network. |

A. Find the "Server" tab located in your mail account
properties.

You will need to add a check mark on "My server requires authentication".

If you use, or plan on using the
web mail feature, then leave a copy of your mail on the server. This will
assure that both your mail program and your web mail have a copy of your
mail. |

A. Find the "advanced" tab located in your mail account
properties. |
| |
B. You will need to add a check mark on "Leave a
copy of message on the server." |
| |
c. You will also need to add a check mark on "Remove from
server when deleted from the "Deleted Items"." |

- You
will need your email server settings to set up your email program
- Open
Outlook Express.

- From
the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
Note:
If you have never configured, or used, your Outlook Express email program, at
this point the Internet Connection Wizard will open automatically. In
such a situation, go directly to step 5.

Click the Add button and choose Mail.

- In
the Display name field, type your full name.
-
Click the Next button.

- In
the E-mail address field, type your full Wtvaccess email address (e.g.,
johndoe@wtvaccess.com).
-
Click the Next button.

-
Click the down arrow on the My incoming mail is a ____ server drop-down
list and choose POP3.
- In
the Incoming mail (POP3.. ) server field, type your
Incoming mail server (POP3)
mail.wtvaccess.com
- In
the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field, type
)
mail.wtvaccess.com
Click the Next button.

- In
the Account name field, type your user/account name (e.g.,
johndoe).
- In
the Password field, type your email password.

Check the box next to Remember password if you wish to save your
password.

Click the Next button.

Click the Finish button.

16a. If you return to the
Outlook Express screen, go to < Tools < Accounts
-
Double-click your account in the Mail Accounts list.

Click on the Servers tab.

Check the box next to
My server requires authentication. (very
important)
-
Click OK and then click Close at the accounts menu. You are finished.

When away from your home computer
you can check your email any place in the world that has access to the
Internet by using wtvaccess's Web Mail.
Access to our web mail is
found on our HOME page. |
