General Information Your High Speed Internet Connection through a cable modem entitles you to 2 email addresses.  Extra email addresses are available, just notify us if more are needed.  You can access your email through our web page (on our home page just click the link at the top of the page).  You will be able to check it from any computer with an internet connection anywhere in the world.  If you wish to add more than one computer to our system, there is a small additional fee for each added computer. 

Service  We provide High-Speed Cable Internet Access.  This service is provided to you through the cable wiring in your home and will not affect the clarity of your television in any way.  High Speed Cable Internet Access also allows you the ability to use your telephone while online and saving you the expense of paying for an additional telephone line for your computer. 

Equipment In order to gain access to the internet through the cable, you need a cable modem.  Our system requires a DOCSIS 1.0, 1.1 or DOCSIS 2.0 certified cable modem (DOCSIS - Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification).  These modems are readily available through our company or through most local computer supply stores.  We offer low-cost used cable modems as well.  The cable modem connects to the cable wiring which in turn is connected to your computer through a USB (universal serial bus) or Ethernet card.

Downstream/Upstream

We offer several options:   Surfer's Dream - 1024/128 Kbps, High Speed Package - 2048/256 Kbps,  Gamer's Package - 2048/512 Kbps and Silver Package 2048/768 Kbps.  Prices for individuals run from $24.95 /mo. to $59.95/mo for residential customers.  Modems are available for leasing or you can purchase your own.  We have special packages for businesses.

Customer Support We offer technical support during normal business hours and also have an answering service after hours that will notify our technicians in the event of an internet outage. 

The severity of Trojans, viruses, spam, spyware and adware has doubled over the past few months.  We recommend you read our Internet Help page to decide what anti-virus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, anti-spam programs you should be running.
